Support St James’ Church
Our Church is entirely self supporting and self financing. We do not receive any income or grants from the Church of England or other bodies. We rely entirely on the generosity of our members and on donations.
We have to finance the day-to-day running of the Church and all its activities, and maintain our beautiful building for our own and future generations.
St James’ Church and the Cemetery play a vital part in the English-speaking community of Northern Portugal, regardless of religious belief. It serves the whole community in many different ways. Please help us to continue our Christian mission and to keep our Church strong and secure.
Ways to Support Us
The best way to support us is by coming to our Church and our services. You will be very welcome.
If you are able to, there are various ways in which you can give donations to help support St James’ Church:
Donation by cheque or by bank transfer in euros or pounds sterling. Please send cheques payable to St James’ Anglican Church, Porto to our Church address at the foot of this page.
